*This the last mail which I have sent to Idea( Head of Kerala circle) and is self explanatory about the service of Idea.
Sir, I
have communicated through emails, several times with your customer care
cells, mainly for two reasons. The first is about the poorest
performance of idea GPRS and the second aspect was about deducting the balance amount from the account for no specific reason. The
customer care cell has refunded me around sixty rupees in the last two
months time, in response to three different mails from me and
subsequent telephonic clarification by the concerned officers of Idea. Reply
to me for my second complaint, that the connectivity of GPRS to me all
the Idea customers who are known to me is hardly met and the speed is
too low whenever it is connected, was given by your officers and head
of customer care cell Mr(head of customer cell, kerala). They admitted that there is a
trouble with your system and assured me that it is just a temporary
defect which will be sorted out very soon. All my important mails from the above have been copied to you, and unfortunately I have not heard any thing from you. I
have no specific intention to trouble you, but you may please
understand that M/s Idea Cellular is pulling on with a defective GPRS
transmission and strict system of deducting even extra money for the
service. I have no complaints in paying for a service which satisfy me
to the three fourth at least. I
had indicated in one of the mail that the performance of the Idea GPRS
at present is much inferior in comparison with the GPRS service which
M/s BSNL provides to me through another handset. During
my telephonic talk with Mr.(head of customer cell, kerala) I had expressed my concerns
regarding some more points. The call to 458 is a tedious process to me.
I am not given an option to switch for the
customer care officer and after listening to the lengthy computerized
speech, I am either connected to the officer or the call is
disconnected saying that all officers are busy. I had told him that it
is most indecent to disconnect a call from me without my consent. Though
Mr.(head of customer cell, kerala) promised me that the above trouble will be sorted out
soon and nothing has so far happened, even after two months. I
also had informed him about the inadequate knowledge possessed by your
executives at number 458. It is not a feeling of just mine, but of
others too. Every one says that there is no meaning of approaching at
458 if a real solution is expected, but is a best method to call 458
for time pass if you have no other job! People have labeled your
customer care cell as Fun centre. Mr.(head of customer cell, kerala)
gave me no valid reply for my above opinion about the executives at 458. I
am under daily rental plan of Rs.2/- for GPRS usage. Your website,
mails from customer care and telephonic talk with your GPRS executive
etc speaks that any web browsing including downloads other than usage
from my PC and downloading a web content which
calls for a sum of money, causes only the rental due from me. However
my experience indicates that your system is deducting money from me
whenever I try to download or save web page content to my phone which
is free available on net. I have already informed you all the above points through my mails which have been copied to you. Kindly inform me if there
is a solution possible in the near future. You
may also inform me, if the above points are beyond your authority, the
emails or postal id of the concerned office of M/s Idea Cellular Ltd. Thanking you, Yours truly,
