Now the funny part starts:
I have a pre paid idea connection. This idea 3g service was post paid. To call idea post paid department you need to have a post paid idea number or a land line or any other mobile service.which I don’t have.so calling them from my prepaid idea number was useless.had to face stupid ’customer we-care-a-shit-about-you executives’ So in the middle of night when I needed the service I had to go to my office to call the idiots from my land line. to tell them about the problem. AN IDEA CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Got an ad-hoc bill as I got my number in the middle of the month. Got the bill on the second last day.still paid on time.but was not acknowledged.so got extra amount in the next months bill.the 2g service was still consistent but rarely got 3g service. So got bill for 3g charges while being served 2g service . Again the calling procedure.got a reply will be adjusted in the next bill. AN IDEA CAN CHANGE really YOUR LIFE.
Got fed up of the service and the wrong bills.decided to discontinue the service.spoke to them.told them to send me a correct bile of the pending amount. This started a whole new episode. Idea started blaming me for not paying the bills. AN IDEA CAN REALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Sent scanned copies of paid bills to their customer care id.got no acknowledgement. how careful they are of their customer. Now the matter is going on and on and on and on. AN IDEA CAN REALLY REALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
One day got a call from some lady.spoke to me so rudely. as if because of my not payment of bill. she is not getting her salary. AN IDEA CAN REALLY REALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Posting on twitter and Facebook about my experience got a reply " We are looking into your case.we will get back to your shortly.sorry for the inconvenience caused". They are still ’LOOKING -IN’ my case.they are yet to ’COME OUT’.
