I have been using Idea since a year now.
Idea offers decent services.
Network - The network is not very strong when I am traveling outside my city otherwise it is good.Cost - Cost is not very reasonable but as compared to other service providers, it is alright.
Internet pack - The internet packs are average. I’m using 3G but I can’t feel like it is 3G. It is not so fast.Customer care is not really bothered about your queries so I will suggest not to go for idea.I am just content with the services. Not very happy.
