I have made calls to control room earlier i.e 100 and the same has been charged by your company.I believe it is illegal for you to charge for the emergencycalls. I have proof for the same and I believe that it is against the TRAI act. so request an thorough investigation and refund the charges which has been deducted to all IDEA customers.if someone from idea provided their e-mail address , I could provide my Phone no and details, and I tried lodging a complaint on idea website and it is not accepting any complaints stating some unique error which no one can understand.
