Idea is my frist mobile network operator. I used this sim for more than eight years .they have wide coverage, average thariff structures. Most painful experiance with their custamer service. Several time I have bad experiance with them, but I adjust maximum because at that time mobile portability not exist. I have reacharge more than five hundred rupees monthly. Last time I recharged for a full talk time offer of 189( it is an approximate amount I forget actual amount) . But insted of full talk time I have credited some ist call times. I contact custamer they said ur full talktime offer is 159. I agree my fault , plz refund some amount for making local call. They not willing to refund. I message for porting sim. Their executive call me , I said my problum, they inform me to contact custamer care. I called custamer care again same answer. Any way they can’t tolerate my single fault, I have tollerate many fault they made in this eight year. I port my sim.now I have used allmost all service providers, I never experiance a faced from idea.now world treated custamer as god, how this companie survive
