Worst Customer Care

Customer care  gives call to prepaid customers to convert number is postpaid.Once they collect your documents and 200 bugs as charges for postpaid conversion, u are lost. I called customer care almost 200 times to get status of my postpaid conversion. No one gave clear answer.


Its been 3 weeks now still my number is not been converted to postpaid. N every time some new person will pick the call and ask same questions again n again. Also u have to call 100 times to talk to customer care as they are not bothered to pick up the call or give a call back.


Idea is a looser. Dont ever thick of Idea.
