I used idea operator service for at least 2 years but the service is very poor.
The network connectivity is very very poor in many places even in urban areas and that is a big issue for any mobile operator service. The network connection used to get lost many times while doing any video call and surfing the internet which is very embarrassing and irritating at the same time.
The customer service is also not helpful to the customers and they ignore and do not respond to the queries and the problems most of the times which is again very shameful.
The very often calls for the irritating offers with different numbers again and again which is very disgusting. They message us unnecessarily regarding their policies and offers. Yes this is usual thing with rest of the mobile operator but they just cross their limits by sending n number of messages and calls.
The charges and billing is similar to other operators like airtel and Vodafone, and their internet plans are fine but the main problem is with their connectivity and internet speed is worst.
