Hello friends today we are talking about and old mobile network of aditya birla group that is idea. Idea is very old internet service provider in india since many years but nowerdays idea is not that popular beacause relience jio is present in field and the offers of idea are not that great so we talk about one by one so let’s get started:
Network: The network of idea is worked in city well but in village side where the tower strength is pretty low idea’s network can’t work their properly.
Customer service: As I know and I use customer service was good in idea network and the customer executive talk properly from us.
Charges & billing: The charges and billing are not that good in idea they charged not that high and not that low as my opinion.
