Idea Mobile Operator

I am using Idea services from last one year, here is my experience.

1. Voice Clarity is very poor in Haryana

   
   




2. People always complain me that your phone always remains busy but actually its not.

   
   




3. Customer care is worst in the Industry.

   
   




4. No one will answer in their call centre, just be on hold and listen HONEY BUNNY.

   
   




5. Once I got a wrong bill, complained but they said money will not be refunded, If you want to change the operator, you can.

   
   




6. Next day got a mail from their customer care deptt. with complete process of changing the operator.

   
   




7. Recently wanted to change my 2g plan to 3g, contacted their customer care three times but no one has picked even after holding the call for 6 to 7 minutes.

   
   




8. So dear friends this is the real story of HONEY BUNNY IDEA.

   
   

THIS IDEA CAN MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE.
