Idea is very reliable network after Airtel in India .but due to reliance Jio network they are loosing in race because people are died for free services . But they are till in race and they introduced many new plans for be in race .
Pros - 1.it’s network is very strong . 2. Easily available at all places . 3. Redress the complains fastly
Cons- 1. Vey expensive services. 2. Provide less data than others. 3. They didn’t comes better than Jio in race. They are providing prepaid as well as postpaid services . They charge much for postpaid plans.
