It has very good network in every area. I get full range at my home and office. The call quality is good. I haven’t seen bad voice from my idea sim. It have very good internet speeds at 3g and 4g.
The customer service is very good. If I have any issue I immediately contact customer care and get my issue solved.the no. Of idea service centre is also great.
I’m using the prepaid sim card. The call rates are very good. Offers from idea are also very good. Monthly rates are high
