Good network gone Bad

I am using idea postpaid services since 7 years I am not at all satisfied with network as well as the service. Before 7 year I have ported from Airtel to Idea at that time is was one of the best service operators but now they are not able to stand by their own benchmark.


Due to education reasons I stay at dehradun because of roaming issues I had to take local sim as I was happy with idea service I purchased the sim later I started having problem such as i.e, no proper network, no good plans, 4g services are not good etc which disappointed me a lot. I have to mention that people staying in Metropolitan cities might not feel much difference but other places such as i.e, Uttarakhand, Utter pradesh etc one will face network problem I am saying this as I have experienced this in last 2 years. Immediately I have ported my prepaid sim from Idea to Airtel because now they ( Airtel) have improved and work a lot on their services by giving good packages to their customers.


But still I am using 2 sim one idea and other airtel. Recently I have experienced a problem regarding the 10GB data for my Idea post paid. I was very happy when I got the offer now have questioned the operation why did he give us this offer? Because I got a call from idea service center imforming me that my data package is over when I check in my idea app the left over data was 7.3 GB when I informed the same thing to the operator he denied and convince me to add booster package later on when I checked in my app I realized that even after giving free data they charged on your usage. Thanks to idea app for updating about the data as well the amount that was charged on my number #Sarcasm. I really got frustrated as my bill showed 3 time more than what I pay every month when called customer care they come with a reason that it was my mistake in a pleasing style I think that the speciality of customer care #Sarcasm. While taking to him for 2 hour I asked him to cut my data service but he completely cut my data as well as calling service because of which I could not make an important call later when I called him from other number to know whats wrong with the network he tried to escape by telling their was technical problem it will take 3 hour to solve the problem after 3 hour he activated my services. I am completely disappoint with idea after this incident and have decided to change my operator again to Airtel. If you have also faced similar kind of problem I request you to port your sim too or I atleast request you to use prepaid services instead of postpaid because but giving reason the operator charges more and more by add service taxes and other taxes which eventually is a cost.
