Have been using Idea as a secondary sim since few months. Very much dissatisfied with their service and poor reception. Even though it has 4G coverage in my area, it rarely connects to 4G. The network keeps fluctuating between 2G and 3G frequently. Calls keep dropping everytime, due to this switching of network. This has been happening since a few weeks and the same was reported to the customer service. They keep filing a complaint every time and no action has been taken till date. Planning to port out to airtel or Jio, if this issue persists.
