Recently because of my bad fate I bought a connection of IDEA for myself as I am in Delhi NCR region.
My idea number is 9718109789.
I bought this connection because of the brand name of Aditya Birla group associated with it. But then to my surprise I find the service level is no where and its really very troublesome for me using this connection.
The place where the network showed is full, suddenly makes the network disappear at the same place. The voice breaks everywhere. I live in Se56 in Gurgaon on the top floor(8th floor), there also there is "No network Coverage" most of the time. And after it disappears it is very difficult to get the network back. Even when I go to Delhi then also there is Network Problem. Therefore its not a location based problem but the IDEA Problem.
So people this is something which IDEA claims "An IDEA can claim your life" of "Fetching network all the times and you get NONE".
Even sometime by chance I get the network for few minutes then when I try to call anywhere I get the message "Error in Connection" etc. and then the network again goes away.
I was using Vodafone early but bought this IDEA connection for myself thinking that it will give me cheaper call rates but this did’nt happen. You can get my idea of cheaper STD rates on IDEA as mentioned below. It was based on my information from IDEA helpline but later on complaining I discovered that a senior officer tells me that "No sir, promo balance will be effective on call rate of 2.75/min. ONLY"
Vodadfone is really awesome but then sometime "FATE REALLY PLAYS DIFFERENT GAME for WHAT AN IDEA SIR Ji". I really feel pity on myself.
**I would really like to request you to kindly refund my cost of connection which is Rs.395.**
**Secondly**, after buying the connection I got wrong information about the tariff of the number as the customer care told me that if I recharge with Rs.102 then I get Rs.204 STD balance. Till here they were right but further they told me that if I recharge with Rs.75 then the effective Re1/min calling will be on promo balance also but then after I did so I came to know that it is not so and I suffered a loss of Rs.102 there also because I have to use it at higher call rates. This was a mere stupidity of the customer care. I really demand refund of my money in this case also.

So currently I have already made an investment of Rs.555 further in the recharge with the hope that I would make it work atleast for sometime possible. But its not getting done.
