There are three problems in the Idea mobile operators:
Poorest and worst Network: It is very difficult to get the operator and it is to be selected manually instead of automatic selection. Customer must apply for compensation for the non-availability of network as(a) it hampers customers’ right to get uninterrupted services;(b) important phone calls cannot be attended due to poor network and customers’ workflows are hampered.
Inefficient Customer Care Service: One example: The employees cannot even note down the exact email ID of the customer, even there are repeated requests for sending e-bills in the “real” e-mail ID. They are creating fictitious Ids. And there is no co-ordination among employees as after aishwaryasingh23ing the bills there are unsolicited calls for aishwaryasingh23ing the paid bill amounts and frequent visits(without appointment) to customers’ residences for collecting paid billed amounts.Even the mail ID of Idea(for my area, it is ccare.wb@idea.adityabirla.com), as given in their website is not working. Strange!
Rigging in the post-paid billing system: Rs. 1200+ is charged for 1Gb data plan for a month and the network is disconnected after 15 days without notifying the customer. The bill shows fictitious(point 2 is to be noted. One, who can create fictitious Ids, can also create imaginary bills. This point is an entailment of point 2) surfing at net. The complaints about rigging is also evident enough from the customers’ grievances(“Idea is a Cheater”) found in different consumer sITES_Company at net.
Despite good futuristic ads that mislead consumers, it is not to be recommended to anyone. Keep safe distance.
