Ya I use idea as compared to the operator jio idea is my favarout and I get signal all over Goa because I live in goa and the sound quality is god even 2 bars also as same for internet as I travel a lot
network coverage I get overall 5 bar for 3G and 4G I get 4bars on my phone
customer service: is just average nothing much
charges and bills: I use a prepaid connection so it good but postpaid not so good I would recommend u not to have a postpaid connection with them
