Hello guys today I want to share my personal opinion on Idea mobile operator services and internet services we know that it’s difficult to find a person who does not use a mobile phone and all peoples also use different mobile operator services include idea.
I have been using idea for the past 4 years and I still have no idea as to why I am still with them here I am describe some services of Idea mobile operator.
NETWORK OF IDEA
This is a probably the biggest problem many people face with Idea it’s networking the network is just not good enough the reception is extremely poor 2 out of 5 calls you will face some or the other problems this situation has improved over the years but still a lot of work has to be put to complete with say Airtel is this department.
INTERNET CONNECTION
If I talk about Idea internet connections and services so it is so expensive everybody cannot afford it because if you can 98 Rupees per month 2G recharge then you can stay connected with your friends through Facebook Twitter and WhatsApp also apart from this you can browse your favourite website or do I quickly Google search and now jio gives a biggest competition To Idea mobile operator because jio provide 4G internet services in very cheap price so it is very tough for Idea because Idea never give it’s customer cheap internet services.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:-
If I talk about its customer care services I always wonder why this services is called customer care when actually it’s quite to torture to interact with customer service people regardless of what you choose as your language of prey friends they speak in other language what you’re not prefer they keep you waiting for long for simple queries and after the weight that ok with Leslie say thank you and hang up on you don’t understand why they charge you and sometimes you can even connect to them at times and at the end of this Circus you are supposed to give them good feedback actually I give him always zero marks for customer care and services.
CONCLUSION:- overall I want to say you that many mobile operators are also available in market you choose one of them like as jio Airtel and Vodafone also I never prefer to you This Cheap Mobile Operator.
