I used the internet service and just wanted to try the daily internet service. I used it for a day, then i tried to deactivate it at 11.30 pm before mid night. Got a message that there is a network problem, please try later. Thus i knew they just wanted to renew my internet and they won’t let me deactivate. Then after 12 am, money was deducted and i got a message, you have successfully deactivated your internet. Why the f did you deduct money. Worst ever. Stealing money from users. No wonder hey need so many adverts.
My advice to everyone, please do not use idea. Internet never connects. There is always a network problem and they call you send you messages for shitty deals. You would rather use bsnl than use idea!
