I am a idea user before three years but it is not good for good internet connection because I can face many problems in idea network and registered campliant many time but no response.
THEN UU THINK IF I DON’T LIKE IDEA THEN WHY SHOULD I CAN USE
that’s why this my old no and I cannot lost my father call me on it.
I am lived I Chamba Himachal Pradesh where the 3g of idea is available but its network fluctuating always converts to 2g from 3g I am so much irritatinting from this.
What is this type of service provides them .e
CUSTOMER care no
customer care said that there is no default in our network and dissconnected the the idea 3g spped us so much lazy In our even at the time of H* there is no speed in the internet.
Wristly service provides by them.
If uu are the custener of idea then check network sign as l on uur area before buying a new sim card.
Now a days I am using the airtel 3g smartphone network sim which is very best In signal strength in 3g .but there net packs are so much worthy and costly.
. Airtel is BST network but their plans are not so good as idea
RECOMANDATIONS.
FIRSTLY check the signal strengthcheck 3g servuc we available or not if u are a smart phone users
Check signal quality
Check good plans in uur state or not
Check which oprater give bst 3g service at fastest speed if u are a internet surfur
Check above some tips that helpfull for uu before buying a new sim card.
But in my area I can proudly said that the wrost internet service and speed are given by idea.i don’t where are they what they done.
At last I can say if uu ate a internet surfut use Airtel 3g 4g if avaliabld in ur area otherwise first get check which provide 3g inur area.
