I am from indore(m.p.) and Idea has quite a good network here so I bought one0 prepaid idea sim and started using it, everything was alright until one day a girl called me and told me about a new amazing postpaid offer for 349.
I said fine what I will have to do to convert my number to postpaid she said nothing just give us your id and passport size photo and that’s all. But I tell you that was a big mistake of my life.
Next month I got a bill for 730 and I made to the customer care and he told me to reach the office then I went to the idea office and wasted 3 hours of my day waiting for my turn then explaining them my problem which never got solver and now I am using a Airtel Prepaid Connection. After this I will never recommend anyone to use Idea Postpaid connection.
