I am using idea since 1 year . This network operatou has many problems . First of all the network problem. It didn’t have its network at all places. So network problem arises many of finest. Second it is very expensive. Call rates are high. A normal student can’t bear it. Third their bad and wrost customer services. Many of times they have deducted my balance. One times they started caller tune service and deducted 30 rs. And after complaint, they didn’t refund it back.
Fourth, they send many promotional messages and calls even I have activated DND service.
After being frustrated I changed it to other operator.
