I have recently migrated my 2 numbers from vodafone and also taken 1 fresh idea connection. All are postpaid connections. Idea punjabi bagh office staff committed me that I will be 1gb 3g data and after unlimited 2g data in corporate 375plan as I am already getting the same in vodafone.
but when I checked with customer support they confirmed that after 1gb 3g I will be charged for that. I was shocked and reached with punjabi bagh idea office. They said we are not updated. so later I asked to switch all my numbers to prepaid from postpaid. They denied to do so.
I logged a complaint to customer care team. They called me today and said we will mail you the details, I said I need to migrate the number to prepaid and he disconnected the call. I have the recording with me.
I again called 198 to check from there end they said as this is a corporate number you do so after 1st bill generation. Customer care team is also very rood and hard in responding to there customers. Vodafone services are far better than idea.
Idea do not have proper resolution centers. No nodal officer. Appellate team takes around a months time to respond on emails. Suggest you all to ignore using idea services. this is worst and horrible experience I am having with idea.
