In my area(mega city) network of idea is not is not good some claims that it is better in their but I didn’t find it correct, internet services are worst 3g service not give even speed of 2g, and a call drop issue is the biggest problem of this network, value added services like caller tunes, entertainment packs are added unnecessary without your will and deduct the balance, customer service is very bad they block your call to customer service center after deducting unnecessary charges, charges of prepaid is okay but of postpaid it is very costly.
