In kerala Alappuzha district, Ayranikudy (location) tower is problematic. Network coverage is very low .please upgrade this tower. This problem is faced on three years. Please solve the problem. Several time I contacted the customer care but the problem did not get rectified.
Tower is situated in Ayranikudy. Idea technician said that the tower will be upgraded, but do not arrange actions. Idea point service is very poor. Please solve this problems!
