I jumped from Reliance to Vodafone and finally landed on Idea. Hushh. Finally, I got some relieve from mobile operators service.
Idea, as far as my experience says, is by far the best mobile operator currently in India. I never feel cheated with idea mobile customer care executive. They understand the problem(which was very rare in reliance) and resolved it ASAP.
Their call rates are slightly higher but that’s OK. Even their coverage area is much greater than Vodafone.
So, in my opinion, Idea is way better than rest of the mobile operators.
