I purchased an idea sim a week ago and using their 3g internet services with some problems. Their 2g network is good and always have more than 3 network pillars every time but its 3g network not comes at all places and it fluctuate with time. Internet stops working when it shows ’h’ and starts when it shows ’h+ ’. Hence we have to wait for some time to surf internet on its 3g network. On 4g signal streangth is weak due to less number of its towers and speed is good in morning but decreases as night comes. Their customer services are good to some extent. They pick up your phone immediately as you call them and you don’t have to wait but in most of cases they not solve your problems. Also they charges very high for their help. We can easily pay bills or recharge our sim through their app easily. They gives various offers time to time but if someone purchase their sim without any offer then it cost very high due to their expensive planes.
