Idea is very good and very wide service provide in India, Their are many customers who use Idea in their mobiles for calling, sms or for internet.
The Network of this service provider company is very good for calling and internet.
I am using Idea as my first service provider company fro m last 5 years.
I do not have any complaint or any kind of disturbance in using Idea Network.
The Customer Service of Idea is very good, they help me many times when I was in need.
But I think charges of this service provide is too high, I think they must lower their plans rate and charges.
