Idea Mobile Operator has huge network coverage, but it has costly call charges. If you compare to other popular mobile operators, internet speed also little bit slow. Idea mobile operator has better customer service, than other mobile operators. I am using Idea since 1 year, I did not face call dropping issue yet. Network point of view, Idea is excellent. Monthly plans is good but not better. Data plans(packs) are very nice. Night plans also great.
