I am a user of idea mobile network. I am using this sim only because it has wide range cover of network. Only for that purpose.
But the call rates are very expencive and no clearity in the voice of calling if its compared to airtel cellular network if it has low range.
Still it has good and clear voice and at cheaper rate. And to tell about internet its better to sit quite and watch television, I mean very slow speed of internet, so that I am using vodafone in my cell phone for the purpose of internet in my dual sim mobile.
If I ask about the information of slow network with coustermer care of idea network, they don’t reply with a proper answer, so that it is a big problem to use internet. The main problem of idea is 3G in any cell phone if we use 3G of idea it starts to hang I have lot of testimony about this. Many tells it has a virus in idea 3g network. So that the idea service shold be change. Idea should make coustermer friendly sevices so that they can improve thier self.
