Well should I say that one of the most cost effective Mobile operator is IDEA Cellular.
Points to support this are:
a. Easy to undrstand and use plans without too much complications.
b. Flexibility in using different plans.
c. Cust Service is a bit fine but can be better.
d. Easy availability of recharge coupons and fine serviceability.
BUT the services can be far more better than this if:
a. Basement n/w coverage is provided in which AIRTEL beats every other operator.
b. More number of plans.
c. Good customer service.
I am using IDEA for the past 3-4 yeas, never ever I have faced issues with my connection. It can happen with any service provider that n/w congestion is there.Else it doent need a promo that your n/w follows you everywhere.And also we dont need to express ourselves(then why do we use mobiles).
I always get a refund of Rs.5/- after making outgoing of 15 minutes.Is it available with any other service provider.
