I am Amol Repal using idea card from last 3 years. After continue using of this tehy have offer me e mail facility with detail bill. but from last 6 months i does not any bill. When I give a complaint to customer care then told me that there shuold not be any offer like that on your phone. So when I stop the payment to due to not received of bill they had stop the services providing. So finally I have take back the e bill facility.
In second time the customer care personal are giveing wronge information about plan I have taken. each personal is saying diffrent call charges and sms charges.
The problem is also face when I take add one card. The card I have provided to my father. They are also facing a network problem
Please do some thing about this. hope you take in to considaration this problem which customer is facing. Waiting for positive reply,
