A prepaid customer will always recharge with the exact amount needed to avail the data of a particular plan. How can there be cash balance in his account? Thestatistics option does not give accurate balance as the footnote mentions. Why are they not able to provide accurate balance? You never know when your service will end. Is there any provision for prepaid customers to do a recharge online? I havent come across one.
Customer Service people are not well trained. Contact them at different intervals, and you will get different answers for the same problem you tell them about.
