I bought an idea pre paid netsetter on 10 January 2013 from your office at Humayun Nagar with application no: 745898 (85018782) The sales person was Rajesh with Phone number: 98480083 & 99480086**, I bought this at Rs 2000 and the plan he explained to me was device and one month of unlimited internet from the day of activation. I have tried to reach him on the given numbers to explain him that the number is now active and he needs to recharge the number with that unlimited offer.
Even after my continuous efforts to reach him till Monday, I was not able to reach over the given numbers as he has switched off his numbers. Due to an emergency, I have recharged with 100Rs talk time to that number to access our VPN, now he says that he is not able to provide me with that recharge because I have recharged 100rs talk time. This is clear cheating as that sales person never gave me any indication that I should not recharge and he was not available at store or over the phone after 5 days of the sale item. I wish that a sever action should be taken against that person and also recharge my netsetter at the earliest with unlimited offer, I paid Rs 2000 for this too and not only device.
