First of all, it is not plug and play - it requires installation of a software. Lying outright in the advertisements.Second, it is not for heavy users (when I started downloading with my unlimited plan, server stopped authenticating my device).Every night it would not connect and in the daytime it will connect (but lousy speed).Helpline doesnt seem to provide a way to talk to an executive.I was told by one support executive that I should send a mail if my "internet" is not working (great Idea, man)
.Lots of issues with the hardware too. Once if I disconnect and then connect, I will have to restart my laptop. Irritating to the last extent.I have been told since past two days that I will be contacted by some senior technical manager. But everytime some different junior executive calls (who doesnt even know my complaint).
