I bought netsetter 3g dongle just because it works on android tablets and compatible with mine. The speed is highly variable, sometimes I get upto 3Mbps download speed and sometimes it’s very slow like 2g.
The worst part is that there is no way to check your 3g data usage in postpaid connection. They will give you *147# to check the details, but those are not at all accurate. Customer care says u will have to wait for the bill at the month end. Pre-paid has some facility to check the usage, but I don’t know about prepaid user experience. Basic thing is 3g signal strength, if it’s good, then you buy it else forget it.
Reliance is much better in terms of usage details, billing, customer care compared to Idea.
