It is my sincere advice to Aditya Birla Group to disinvest their stake in Idea Cellular as it is not heir cup of tea. I can not imagine a device like this, a service like this in today’s era. I have been using Idea Netsetter for a month now and needless to say, I am completely mad with the kind of service. It has the following problems:1. The plans are too expensive and useless.
When I was buying the connection, the executive told me that the unlimited plan was for 499 monthly rental. The surprise came when I got my first bill of 1600/-. To this, the executive argued that I had downloaded data and that was why I have been charged for it. Making a fool out of customers is a great IDEA!2. Even for opening Google, I have to wait for at least 2 mins. 3. Reaching the customer care is a big Jigsaw. One executive tells to call up another no. and the other tells you to call up some different no. And after 30 mins of struggle, you give up! Maan gaye yaar.
Customer ko itna ghumao ki wo ghumta reh jaye! What an Idea. In short, I caution you not to buy any product from Idea. And Netsetter would not even be the last thing I buy. I would prefer to stay without internet Connectivity
