The box says 256kbps but it runs slower than a Dial-up connection. From the very first day I bought this junk, speed has been very slow, webpages take over 5 mins to load and most of the time I just keep getting disconnected.
That’s not the worst part, their customer support is even worse. The customer care rats kept telling me, "It’s a network glitch, we will fix it in 2 days." After this farce went on for a week, I got a call from a nutless dumbass monkey in a suit(read Idea Customer Care Executive, ooh la la).
The nutless dumbass monkey in a suit told me, "We are sorry but you will never get 256kbps speed". I shouted at him a bit then realised I was wasting my time. Please avoid this like the plague.
