I chose Idea Movers & packers for a shipment from Delhi to Bangalore. First they delayed the shipment by a week and I never got to know where is my luggage.
Now that they brought the luggage to society, they kept my luggage hostage till further payment.
On asking politely that you continue the movement and let me verify if everything is in order, he was like You first pay then talk and verify your stuff in Truck.
It was worst interaction I had for such a trivial thing. The person concerned are Mr. Yadav and Mr Deepak who has the most horrible way of dealing with customers.
These guys don’t care at all about the customer only thing they bother is pay them and forget the service.
Please let me know if any one has ever tried a consumer court case on these guys?
