Hey guys, today I am going to talk about advertising Idea does rather than focusing on the customer service.
Oh my God, they advertise a lot, a lot seriously means a lot, every single time I make a call for the first couple of minutes their are only ads means if their is an emergency or somebody has to contact any person than for the starting minutes he had to listen all these useless ads and it’s not only on the Idea network even if you call from any of the network you will hear those Idea ads. If a person is interested then he/she will enroll to your network, what is the need to advertise like this.
Customer service on Idea is not at all like that compared to past. It’s been totally changed. Even if you want to talk to an executive then for that also they charge and even then the executives are not able to solve the problem.
Once I called in Idea in order to know about the 179 plan, the executive were saying that there is no plan like this, later I found that that plan can only be availed through My Idea app, means Idea’s own executives are not able to tell about their network plans.
I am not at all satisfied with Idea.
