I’ve been using Idea since 2008 and it has been working like a charm for me. Even once we went to Kanatal, and we were told to carry BSNL or Reliance sim card as no other services work there.
And I was surprised to see that no connection was working accept mine. and I didn’t even see my phone till we were there(except when I actually had to call someone or home), it was moving from one hand to another. It was corporate trip, so we were almost 3- 40 people.
Good job guys, keep up the good work. But you need need to improve upon a lot of things. Your support is still not that good.
