Idea changes to your life to hell

Hi Readers, I am Idea cellular user. In my new android mobile, data transfer was enabled by sales person. I am new to android mobile, no idea about this. Suddenly for 1 day, they charged me 500/- for network usage. I don’t have any idea about this. I called to customer care person, he suggested to enable GPRS package, so that GPRS data usage will be moved to that package. In that month, I had both GPRS rental and data usage bill also. After bill generation, I raised request to disable the GPRS facility, due to I am not using. If I ask about waiver, they are telling that, you disabled the GPRS facility so, waiver is not possible. Then what is the purpose of enabling GPRS facility for that duration. Now unnecceary GPRS rental also without GPRS usage.


I asked to cancel the sim due to poor response, immediately one customer care person called me, and told that, she will raise request for waiver, don’t leave the network, do partial payment. after few days my outgoing was disabled due to waiver process not completed. I called to customer care person several times when I am in roaming. They played lot of drama, then they are not responding.


I didnt understand, if I disable GPRS after bill generation, what is the issue for them? Simply they are doing fraud on customers.


My suggestion is don’t use Idea post paid, doing lot of frauds. Particularly some customer care persons simply playing with us. I raised the request to cancel all my 3 Idea sims, but they are not doing, extending to get rental without usage.


The best idea, Away from Idea. Don’t come to Idea services.  Customer care is the biggest fraud, They know that, they can waiver, but wont do to grab money.
