If I talk about services of idea are very bad because one day I called on call center for my balene rate suddenly becomes thatswhy I asked you that question they reply sir we can’t do anything about
They do not gives information in depth because when any customer call center he/she want to each and everything with related to hs/her problem
Its not user friendly because they are not able to give information in depth
But its load of time is good
