Unfortunately we have taken 16 connections from IDEA through thier DSA by Name Rohith enterprise who is totally unethical and un Professional and does not know how to handle customer. We had told them initially itself if your network doesn’t work in our location we will not take the connection. Still they said it is all fine we have checked but to our surprise it did not work from the day 1 We have requested to resolve the issue for ten days but they did not responded properly.
Just they were giving dates.When we gave the SIM cards asked for refund they plunge into action and put some booster and they keep the SIM card they try to return only after day . As we have lost faith in Idea team we told them we are not interested to use the network. They Act like goondas and say give Rs.50000 or use the SIM cards and also they say you have to use our network only. if you do like this who will help in future if there is any issue in the network. This is the stupidest network we have ever seen we will not suggest anyone to take this connection
