For any technical institute its important to make publicity of that institute. unless nobody knows about you, they are not ready to hire you. growing up is a long process and slow also but with single runs you can make a century.
fest is also inside the college premises and stricted. alumni is not good. poor situation in campussing also. students seem less interested on this college. not only good educations are enough to get placed.
I am from a different college, but live by a hostel near this college. the college seems preety big but not the infrastructure.
well this can be a good college only if the students take the initiative.
