I have a loan with IDFC bank last 1 year, and I decide to foreclose my loan, I requested to the bank for my loan closing, the forclosing process is taking 1 month, after that, I paid some extra amount that is my big mistake today I realize because I am calling the last 2 months customer care also is very bad, sometimes network issue, sometimes they cut the call without any help.still not received my excess amount
After 2 months they request to my cancel cheque. I don’t know what the next step to delay this process.
