This is private sector bank.There account opening staff and sales are well trained staff.They talk people very sweet at the account open time, but as account open they will forget you.I had applied for account opening last year the people who were talking sweetly with me changed their behave when the process of account open start.If I ask them any information related my account they told me to ask in bank or customer care.they never listen my complaints and give solutions to my problem.There are limited atm center of this bank.Specially atm center are in cities only not in rural areas.Internet is not easy from this bank.
