I would like to share my latest experience with IDFC Bank. I already shared my feedback in IDFCs facebook page based on past experience.
This time they returned one of my cheque issued to the party. They called me and said that the signature is not matched . I need to send an email confirming and approving the same on 11th May 2018 in order to process the payment, which I did immediately.
I was not aware that it was returned and they dont have the audacity to inform too. I didnt check my message too often, expecting that the cheque is honoured basis the email sent.
The party called me on 18th May 2018, asking why is the payment not made. I was confused and called the IDFc immediately. I asked for an explanation, why is the cheque returned when I did emailed you with the "approval".
They replied "Sir aapka signature bohot alag tha, to hamne bina bole wapis kar diya".
Trust me, they dont understand "customer service" and a bunch offoolish people playing with your/my money.
Never had an experience as such in my life!
You can risk your money if you want to. But they are not worth it. Guys it your money. Dont make the mistake as I did.
