IDFCFIRST bank is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

So far So bad

The best thing was they visited our place to open the account and the banker who came was really good and had good knowledge on the subject. Account opening happened within a day. The good part ended right there. I was told that I will be receiving ATM card within 5 days. It’s been 2 week everything got messed from their end. My wife is receiving updates of my account and no updates on her ATM card. When I received the card after long wait, it was just one ATM card without any joining kit or cheque book.


To get connected to the customer care it’s easy.There is no automatic voice process as such, directly gets connected to the banker.


bank website is pretty slow, takes time to load the menus.
