Shalini putting my call on hold last for 20 min and not fixing my issue.
To much hidden charge taken by bank.
Customer care give wrong comitment.
I have clear all my dues still not giveing closer letter and asking for huge money.
If this issue not get fix ill make sure i tell 15 people a day not go with your bank.
