I have bad experience with IDFC credit card
Iam using this credit card at 14 months .last 3 months onwards I’ll getting health issues and job problem iam unable to make the payment iam asking 3 months time but his not given time after that third party agents coming to home and keep on calls
Finally his telling please make the minimum payment I’ll give intrest waiver.but after payment statement Generated but there is no waiver and 2nd month coming same agent telling Last month not updated this month compalsary update sir but 2nd month also paid but 2nd month also not coming intrest waiver
And next time onwards his not lifting the calls after 3rd month assign another agent his also telling same this month make the payment compalsary arrange the intrest waiver sir please make the total payment with interest next coming total interest
My credit limit is 1.10L I’ll paid 20k extra but I’ll calling agent his not lifting the calls
Span of 3months interest charged by 20k his not understanding the situation also
Iam going to bank also his telling credit card waivers related please speak to help line
